Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds.
Once you place an order, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please check the product details carefully before you buy.

1. Cancelling an Order

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• If you cancel after your order status shows 'Shipped' or 'Out for Delivery', a cancellation fee will be charged before your refund is processed.
• To cancel, email us at aokisupport@aoki.co.in with your order number.

2. If Your Product Arrives Damaged or Broken

• If your product is damaged, broken, or not working when it arrives, contact us within 48 hours.
• Email aokisupport@aoki.co.in with your Order ID and a photo or video of the problem.
• We will repair it- free of cost.
• We do not give cash refunds or replacements for damaged products, only repair.

3. No Returns, No Exchange

• We do not accept returns.
• We do not exchange products.
• Please choose carefully before ordering, as all sales are final.
