AOKI Mobility is dedicated to providing a superior, transparent, and seamlessly supported ownership experience. This policy outlines the standardized framework for after-sales support, warranty coverage parameters, service eligibility, and essential customer responsibilities. By adhering to these guidelines, owners ensure the longevity, optimal performance, and sustained value of their AOKI electric bicycles.


1. Mandatory Warranty Registration

To activate warranty provisions, precise and timely registration is strictly required.

  • Actionable Step: Customers must register their E-Bike online at www.aoki.co.in within 10 days of taking delivery.

  • Documentation: A valid proof of purchase (invoice upload) is mandatory during the registration process.

  • Compliance Protocol: All warranty activations remain subject to internal verification. Failure to complete registration within the stipulated 10-day timeframe will result in the automatic termination of the standard warranty.

    2. Standard Warranty Coverage

    AOKI Mobility provides robust coverage against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, provided the vehicle remains unmodified and is operated under standard conditions.

    Please note: Customers are entitled to one (1) complimentary labor service exclusively during the warranty period. All replaced consumables and maintenance items are chargeable.

    3. Battery Warranty Specifications

    The battery represents a critical component of your E-Bike. Coverage spans 24 months, 3,000 kilometers, or the designated charge cycle limit, whichever is achieved first.

    Crucial Constraints:

    • Natural degradation of battery capacity over time is a standard operational characteristic and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

    • Immediate Voidance: The battery warranty is strictly voided if non-AOKI chargers are utilized, the battery casing is opened or tampered with, or if the unit suffers water ingress due to improper storage.

    4. Preventive Maintenance Schedule

    To retain warranty eligibility and ensure peak operational safety, customers must adhere to the following mandatory maintenance schedule. Service must be conducted at authorized AOKI centers. Failure to comply with these milestones voids the warranty.

    5. Service Fulfillment Avenues

    AOKI Mobility offers flexible, highly structured service solutions to accommodate our owners:

    • Authorized Dealer Service: Customers may utilize any authorized AOKI dealer facility. No visiting charges apply for services rendered on-site at these locations.

    • Home Service (HS): For supreme convenience, on-site technician visits are available. This service incurs a flat fee of ₹5,000, which covers up to four (4) home service visits. (Note: Home Service is subject to technician availability and geographical serviceability limits).

    6. Express Exclusions

    To maintain absolute clarity, the following conditions, damages, and components are unequivocally excluded from warranty coverage:

    • Consumables & Wear Items: Tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, bearings, and general wear and tear.

    • Aesthetic Degradation: Paint scratches, dents, or fading occurring post-delivery.

    • Unauthorized Alterations: Use of non-genuine parts, third-party repairs, or structural modifications.

    • Improper Usage: Damages resulting from accidents, negligence, abuse, overloading, or unsafe riding practices.

    • Environmental Factors: Water ingress, natural calamities, riots, or acts of terrorism.

    7. Customer Responsibilities

    To maximize the value of the AOKI warranty, the owner agrees to the following actionable responsibilities:

    • Strictly register the E-Bike within 10 days of delivery.
    • Operate the vehicle in full compliance with the user manual and outlined safety protocols.
    • Execute all maintenance and repairs exclusively through authorized AOKI service centers.
    • Retain all service records and original invoices for verification during claim processing.
    • Refrain from overloading the vehicle or initiating any unauthorized mechanical or electrical modifications.

    8. Limitation of Liability and Governance

    AOKI Mobility shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages, nor is the company responsible for theft, misuse, or injuries resulting from unsafe riding. Warranty provisions are strictly valid within the geographical boundaries of India.

    AOKI Mobility reserves the right to revise, amend, or withdraw this standard operating procedure and warranty policy at its discretion, without prior notification. All legal disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
