12.2. To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service within the warranty period, providing details of the issue and proof of purchase. We may require you to return the defective product for inspection.

12.3. If the warranty claim is approved, Aoki Mobility Pvt. Ltd. will repair or replace the defective product, or provide an equivalent product, at our discretion. The cost of shipping the product for warranty service will be the responsibility of the customer.

12.4. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the E-Bicycles.
